Insect Kingdoms is a cartoon style Isometric real-time strategy game about colony type insects. Choose your faction and wage war against any foe!
Each faction is unique with unique units and unique abilities to cater to any playstyle.
Factions require food and liquid in order to manage your economies properly.
The main choice of food on this Alien planet is a popular jelly-type crystal plant known simply as Jelly plants. They often very conveniently grow with another plant that holds liquid inside known as liquid plants.
Builder-type insects collect these resources and store them inside of the main command structure.
Insect Kingdoms is inspired by games like Starcraft, Battle for Middle Earth, and the Command and Conquer series.
The gameplay is basic and easy to manage. Factions use a similar basic building system but have unique ways to go about achieving new technology and traits.
Builders have the ability to Build structures, Plant Seeds and some can even sacrifice themselves to start a new colony.
GamePlay
The Ants
The Ants are the heroes of Antovia, the peacekeepers, wherever there is chaos, the Ants will be there to help those in need. They travel the world looking for any threats and eliminate them as quickly as possible.
Ants have a range of unique units and abilities, some that explode killing themselves, enemies, and any neutral units and buildings nearby. The acid spitters use their acid to cleanse/melt the skin off their victims.
Ants also have a unique trait allowing them to eat or enslave their victims as they are omnivorous. Very peaceful insects!
Termites
The Termites are the most savage of all the factions. Usually seen murdering innocent plants.
They stay in dark evil deadly hives always plotting, only venturing out when needed. Termites have a wide range of unique units and abilities.
Some that spit slime slowing its victims while another is capable of transforming into other termites variations. Termites have a unique trait allowing them to harvest certain pieces of wood and plants. They are Herbivorous. Savages!
Bees
The Bees care not for war and only for the environment and for the future of their colony.
Occasionally interacting with other factions, The bees became the main traders to all other factions on Antovia. Bees have a wide array of units and abilities, from the small builder Bee to the massive BUMBAH BEE. The Bee empire can take on any foes.
Bees are great pollinators, this gives them the unique trait [Forester] they are able to forest minerals from common plants. Though very peaceful, The Bees are actually omnivorous.
Story
The campaign's story is about the first Insect Jelly War. The growth of the new plant known as the jelly plant brings all 4 of these factions into conflict, Each faction will tell its own side of the story as they wage war on each other for political gains.
Play as the peacekeeping Ants as they travel the world liberating those in need in the name of freedom, or play as the vicious terrorist scum, the Termites and seek to oppose the world and overcome any nation that stands against them!
The campaign will feature really fun, engaging comedic storylines, and missions!

Hi, Welcome to Insect Kingdoms! This is a project I've been working on for some years now. The project is pretty big and with a total of 5 factions.
However, I've decided to remove the Wasp and the "Custom" factions, for now, to make the development simpler, with that said Id like to invite you along the journey into creating a fantastic Real-time strategy game about the World War of insects!
